One of the businesses I run is “Individuality Psychology.”

I run the Individuality Psychology Good Luck branch office under Masahiro Tsurumoto, the founder of “Individuality Psychology” itself.

On 10 September, my branch is holding a talk in Saitama. It’s hosted by an animal hospital (fitting, right? laughs), so please do come along.

Going overseas!

Problems between people… have nothing to do with which country you’re in — they exist wherever there are people.

It also works so well as a genuinely practical communication tool that I want to spread this tool, one that helps anyone smile, out into the world!

And with that,
the first step has been decided — moving forward into Vietnam!

Taking action first, together with Mr. Nguyen Dao Viet, the company president who’s obtained the license!

Right! One step of action beats a mountain of thinking.

Beyond companies, since I also want to develop a clothing business in Vietnam, I visited a young female factory owner too!

In the Individuality Psychology diagnosis, she came out as a “small deer” type, and when I gave her the report and had it translated, she got excited saying “this is like 80% right!”

I’ve visited Vietnam roughly ten times now, and it’s still just as fun every time!

You can even get clothes made to order, dirt cheap, where you draw your own design and choose the fabric.

The food is delicious and the massages are dirt cheap too!

Maybe I should put together a wildly cheap tour with a learning trip built around each person’s Individuality Psychology type! 120% satisfaction guaranteed?

I’m looking for people who want to work like they’re playing with me and travel together ♪

What is Individuality Psychology?

It maps human individuality onto 12 kinds of animals, then further sorts them into 60 characters, systematized as its own branch of psychology.

Its history began in 1997, when Japan’s Masahiro Tsurumoto first devised it.

Building on existing psychological research, Tsurumoto sorted human individuality into 12 animals and 60 characters, making it far easier for anyone to understand.

The features of Individuality Psychology are:

  • By sorting into 12 animals and 60 characters, anyone can easily understand human individuality
  • Calculated from your date of birth, anyone can easily learn their own personality type
  • By understanding individuality, you can understand yourself and others more deeply, and build better relationships
  • Individuality Psychology is put to use across all sorts of fields — business, education, romance, and more.

In business it's used for hiring and management, in education for grasping learning styles and developing teaching methods, in romance for compatibility diagnosis and improving communication — it's useful in all kinds of situations, you know.

Here are a few concrete examples from Individuality Psychology.

■ Lion (Leader type): has leadership, decisive
■ Giraffe (Social type): bright and sociable, highly communicative
■ Elephant (Stable type): calm and steady in nature, dependable
■ Frog (Artistic type): richly sensitive, artistically gifted
■ Cat (Free type): free-spirited, with a style all their own

And so on.
