Being supported by people goes right through you.
This rally practice day was held under the name “Canus Mini Rally: Tour de Shiraoka”.
In fact it was a study rally, put on out of affection for me, because I had gone to Monte-Carlo in 2021 without understanding the basics of average rallying and had come apart as a result.

A chief JAF steward, people who have done the All Japan championship, of course,
and rallies abroad,
the Paris–Dakar,
the Asia rally,
including an All Japan clerk of the course — navigators of the top rank in this country.
All for someone nowhere near their level.
They drew up tulip diagrams carefully and took me from the basics right through to practical rallying. I will take that feeling properly with me and go on driving.
I met a world full of experiences of human warmth and ended up staking my life on it — and I will drive with a smile, carrying what everyone feels.
